Hutto is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Hutto is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Hidden gem for sure. Not your typical menu, seems to be a fusion of sorts. So donβt expect traditional Vietnamese items, itβs more creative. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. The inside was vey inviting and tastefully decorated. We had the Beef Bulgogi Bao, this was really yummy. The bao was soft and delightful. The beef had a sweet bulgogi glaze that worked really well with it. The rest of the toppings added a nice balance without overpowering the meat. My only wish was that it was 4 baos and not two since they are so small. The highlight was the Firecracker Shrimp. Be warned this is not a spicy dish like you might think from the name. The crispy shrimp was crunchy and not soggy at all, it felt pretty clean and not greasy. It came with salad, rice and a spicy soy sauce and it was just so good. With 12 shrimp, itβs definitely shareable between 2 people. Lastly we had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was $6. It tasted like Ovaltine and was mostly ice with just a few sips. I wouldnβt recommend it unless the cup size is increased or the price is decreased. So overall, itβs a bit pricey. The menu was also a little confusing. We checked online prior to coming and they had a

We've been here a couple of times and the food has been consistently good. Plus, Quynh who works there, is so polite and hospitable. She recognizes my wife and daughter when they go in and is super sweet to them.

Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was great and the ambience was nice. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered an Appetizer (bao), two entrees and two drinks for a total of $75 (tip included). The sweet bowl ribs were so soft and tender, the meat fell off the bone. They were so soft even the bone was soft, super tasty. We had the bao and that was amazing, full of flavor and you can remove the bone easily. His Mango bowl was Alβs a hit, I had to try it. My husband also had the carrot orange drink and I had a fresh coconut. We got there and it was empty and after we tasted the delicious food we were surprised nobody was there but then people started arriving and it was busy rights as we were leaving. Highly recommend it.

Highly recommended visit: The menu is full of variety, from sweet, to savory and soup to sandwich. The mango beef was delicious, the mango was juicy and the beef was cooked to perfection. I went twice with my Dad in the same week because the atmosphere, food/drink quality and location was so convenient! This store has a good amount of seating but can fill up quickly. It's easy to get to for those driving northbound back into Hutto. Note: Once you walk in, there are large stickers on the wall with the prices.
